How do you set up an event?

Build the event, then publish it for guests.

Once you have set it up, you need to publish your event for it to go live.

01

Describe the event

Select a clear name and provide the event time, location, and categories. Add information about yourself, activities, target audience, guidelines, restrictions, and an image. You can also import and modify details from a previous event to save time.

02

Make sessions (optional)

If the event has multiple segments, create individual sessions for each part. Each session works as a mini-event within the larger event and can have its own schedule, description, and focus.

03

Set up ticket options

Create ticket options so attendees can register and pay. You can offer types such as early bird, VIP, or group discounts; set quantities and prices; and choose free or paid tickets based on the event needs.

04

Design ticket forms (optional)

Clear, relevant, user-friendly ticket forms help hosts collect guest contact details, preferences, and special requests, improving the guest experience and helping the event meet attendee needs.
